I am writing this at the suggestion of my husband. The words are mine, and the idea to write it is his.

If you are over eighty and still living with your mate, have you discovered that creative sexual encounters can be very fulfilling? 

In all honesty, I hope that some of my readers are not shocked that I would write an article like this. However, something tells me that we are not alone in our escapades.

Suddenly I feel a bit embarrassed sharing this information, however the truth is the truth.

Here we are at eighty four and eighty five years of age and still spending Saturday afternoons enjoying our bedroom for sexual encounters.

Naturally, our abilities have lessened. However, the pleasure we both feel remains consistently good, and we generally leave the bedroom feeling closer to one another.

In all honesty, I hope that my readers are not shocked at my subject matter and recognize that my interest here is to bring hopefulness to others our age who have given up on sex in any form.

Of course, we are no longer able to do everything we did before, but at the end (to coin a phrase) we both feel happier and healthier then we did before we embarked on our sexual journey.
