BIOGRAPHY
Clarissa Poston is a junior at Ball State University pursuing a major in English Literature and a minor in Professional Writing. Throughout her education, Clarissa has been accepted into various academic programs, selected to submit one of her research papers into a Ball State writing competition, and nominated to be placed in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
After graduation, Clarissa plans to obtain an editorial job before pursuing a publishing position. Clarissa is a very meticulous writer and reader, making one of her biggest strengths the ability to edit. She enjoys reading and revising the work of others, and believes constructive criticism is an immense part of the learning process.
Although she prefers writing informational pieces, she never turns away a creative opportunity. Clarissa enjoys discussing various subjects with others, while simultaneously learning new information, viewpoints, and opinions that could potentially skew her own.
